Go to Mass as often as your schedule allows. The Holy Eucharist is the powerhouse of strength to break any addiction and unites us with Christ’s sacrifice. Thousands of saints attest that there is no remedy for sin more powerful than frequent reception of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist.
Confession is the beauty offered to us to heal and start new again. Our team recommends seeking reconciliation once a week or as often as you can once you commit to beat the addiction. We also recommend visiting the same priest. This will dually serve as motivation for you and allow the priest to know the particulars of your struggle and provide the best spiritual guidance. Remember, you are not the only one struggling with this addiction and there is great humility in seeking reconciliation no matter how many times you fall.
